I'm Sophia, founder of Aligned MVMNT. As a NASM-certified personal trainer, Balanced Body-certified Pilates instructor (mat and reformer), and Bare Nutrition-certified coach, I've spent 8+ years creating a different way: training that syncs with your menstrual cycle, respects your energy levels, and builds strength without burnout.
